Sahilia Return & Refund Policy

At Sahilia, each product is thoughtfully created with love, care, and intentionality. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and intimate products, we operate a no returns policy for reasons of hygiene and safety.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us.

We accept returns or replacements if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong product

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• A clear photo of the item

• Your order number

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of scent (we recommend starting with sample sizes if unsure)

• Delay caused by postal services
